Mía, a seventeen year old girl who lives in Oregon with her parents and her little brother, has just gone through a horrible car accident in the snow loosing all her family, but she hasn't die yet, he has to decide if she wants to stay meaning she decides to live and see his boyfriend and continue to follow her dream of playing the cello and studying at Juliart or die a long with her family, but that will implicate she will be alone forever and the pain will be huge. She finally decides to live and continue her life but she leaves her boyfriend and family behind and moves out to Newyork.
I think Gayle Forman did a great job writing this book because he created a novel that makes the reader feel the need to continue reading, because you always want to know what is going to happen next. But it's very heartbreaking reading how all her family dies and she Has to make the hardest decision ever, and I felt that if you read this book you are going to have your own point of view, you will either believe that it's better if she dies or that she should live which catches the reader's attention. So if you want to read an engaging, romantic and sad but still great book I would definitely recommend you this book.
